OSHA TRAINING

CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

OSHA training course is a popular selection for most construction workers, as workers are required to have a minimum of 30 hours of training according to local law 196. In accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, employers have become responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy workplace.

Remember, of September 1st, 2020 Workers will also need to complete the 8-Hour fall Prevention course and the 2-Hour drug and alcohol Awareness course.

OSHA TRAINING

OSHA 10 HRS

10 Hrs OSHA Outreach Training Program provides training on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of workplace hazards.

Outreach classes also provide overview information regarding OSHA, including workers' rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint.

The 10 Hour training program is primarily intended for entry-level workers.

OSHA 30 HRS

30 Hrs OSHA Outreach Training Program provides training on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of workplace hazards.

The 30 Hrs training program is intended to provide workers with some safety responsibility a greater depth and variety of training

30 Hrs OSHA Outreach training is intended to cover an overview of the hazards a worker may encounter on a job site. Training emphasizes hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention, not OSHA standards.
